I recently worked with a business owner, who has 50 employees and five managers. The entire organization was stuck because the employees were entirely dependent on the owner. If something were to happen to him, the business would fail quickly, and everyone would lose their jobs. The impact would be devastating to both the community and families involved. The owner came to me and committed to take action by helping his employees. In my 4-week live workshop, I trained his five managers and helped them master the 7 Keys. Within six months, the managers were able to run the business independently of the owner. Now, the owner has more time, less worry and a thriving, self-managed business.
