Sometimes it’s really hard to know how much better employees can work together until you learn from someone like Steve.
Before, we were having a hard time finding qualified people, and only managing employees the best way we knew how. We knew there was room for improvement, but we weren’t sure how to do it. And of course, when you do it the same way for so long, it’s easy to be unsure or hesitant.

We’ve even established an apprenticeship program, where we find and train employees who want to create a career, instead of people who just want to punch the clock. Oh wow, has our business changed...
