The policy specifically authorizes rental of a location owned by a related party, subject to the 14-day rule (IRC §280A). Complete the details below.
Under IRC §280A(g), if a taxpayer rents their home/property to their S-corporation for 14 days or fewer per year, the rent received is tax-free to the individual and deductible to the corporation. The policy documents the authorization and rate-setting standard required to support this deduction.
