Accountability: The 90 Day Action Plan For Your Business

In previous videos we talked about the importance of knowing where we want to be three years from now, and then scaling it back to what do we need to do in the next 12 months to get there. We're looking at the accountability key here and how important it is to be able to really focus in, stay accountable, and complete our one-year plan. In order to do that, I like to use a technique of breaking it down to what do I need to do during the next 90 days in order to be on track to meet and complete my one-year objectives. In the next couple of videos, we are going to look at how we exactly do that, but for now I want to leave you with this...When you look at your one-year plan, have specific written goals and objectives. I like to call these SMART goals and objectives. SMART is an acronym that stands for specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timeframe-oriented objectives. We get rid of any fuzziness so we can stay really, really clear on exactly what it is that we need to do in one year. Now we're going to simply take that and roll it back to what do we need to accomplish in the next 90 days to be on track. Join me in the next video where we take a look at the next step in the process and how to actually get that done. Thanks so much for visiting.
